The generous portion sizes ensure you leave fully satisfied, all at a wallet-friendly price point that Douglas Campbell highlighted, praising the entire meal for costing less than five pounds initially, and Adam Beeforth noting a fulfilling meal with drinks for just £12.
The friendly, welcoming atmosphere starts the moment you place your order, whether by phone or in person. Reviewers consistently commend the polite and attentive staff, noting how the team manage busy periods without compromising service or food quality. Had my tea from here not long ago (corned beef pattie, chips & a pineapple ring) and got to say it's my new favourite chippy, everything was really tasty and all for a great price (less than a fiver).

What can I say, I love my food and this place never fails. Even when it's busy and you'd expect standards to slip a little, they don't. Cod and chips all day long. Crispy batter and chunky cod, really tasty and lovely chips were bang on the money for me. Well done, as always, highly recommended.

Got a Large Parmo with chips, salad which was separate, tub of garlic and two cans of coke which came to £12.00 Phoned the order in and it took around 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and the place looks clean and well organised. Food was lovely. Nice thick chicken which was cooked perfectly. Chips, salad and garlic sauce were all good.
